Eureka is a professional development and educational consultancy organisation providing services to educators, educational leaders, schools, educational organisations, institutions, and other clients.

Our services may include:

• Conferences and educational events

Eureka may provide services directly or in collaboration with qualified consultants, trainers, facilitators, educational organisations, schools, or other professional partners.

By using the Eureka website or registering for any Eureka service, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms;
• You agree to comply with them;
• The information you provide is accurate and complete;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement; and
• If you are registering on behalf of a school, company, or organisation, you are authorised to do so.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not register for or purchase Eureka services.

Eureka’s professional services are primarily intended for adults, educators, educational professionals, schools, institutions, and organisations.

Individuals registering directly for paid services must normally be at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law.

Where a school or organisation registers participants, the organisation is responsible for ensuring that registration is appropriately authorised.

Participants may be required to complete an online registration form before attending a workshop, course, programme, or event.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including where requested:

• Full name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Country
• School or organisation
• Professional position
• Workshop selection
• Billing or payment information
• Information required for certificates

Eureka is not responsible for problems resulting from incorrect information provided during registration.

Participants should ensure that names intended to appear on certificates are entered accurately.

Submitting a registration form does not necessarily guarantee a place in a workshop.

A registration is considered confirmed once the applicable registration requirements have been completed, which may include:

• Submission of the registration form;
• Payment of the required fee;
• Verification of payment by Eureka; and
• Receipt of registration confirmation from Eureka.

Workshop places may be limited and may be allocated according to confirmed registration and payment.

Workshop, programme, consultancy, and service fees will be displayed on the relevant webpage, registration page, quotation, proposal, or agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Prices are displayed in the currency indicated;
• Participants are responsible for any bank, transfer, currency-conversion, or payment-processing charges associated with their payment;
• Payment must be completed within any stated deadline; and
• Eureka may change the price of future services at any time.

A price change will not normally affect a registration that has already been fully paid and confirmed.

Eureka may offer:

• Promotional pricing
• Early-bird registration
• Group discounts
• Institutional pricing
• Discount codes
• Scholarships or sponsored places

Such offers may have separate eligibility conditions and expiry dates.

Payment methods available may include:

• Instapay
• Bank transfer

The available payment method will be displayed during registration or communicated directly to the participant or organisation.

Where payment is made manually, participants may be required to submit:

• Transaction reference number;
• Payment confirmation;

• Name of payer; or
• Screenshot or receipt confirming payment.

A submitted payment confirmation does not constitute final acceptance until Eureka verifies receipt of the relevant payment.

Participants must never provide Eureka with banking passwords, PIN numbers, card security codes, or online banking login credentials.

Each workshop or programme may have a specified registration deadline.

Eureka may close registration before the published deadline if the programme reaches maximum capacity.

Late registrations may be accepted at Eureka’s discretion where places remain available.

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the programme.

Unless a different cancellation policy is displayed on the relevant workshop or programme page, participants wishing to cancel should contact Eureka as soon as possible.

Any applicable refund will be determined according to:

• The date of cancellation;
• Commitments already made by Eureka;
• Administrative or payment-processing costs;
• Materials or services already provided;
• The specific terms published for the programme; and
• Applicable consumer-protection legislation.

Where a workshop-specific cancellation or refund policy is displayed during registration, that policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Where permitted by Eureka, a participant may request that their registration be transferred to another eligible participant.

Transfer requests must normally:

• Be submitted before the workshop;
• Include the replacement participant’s complete information; and
• Be approved by Eureka.

Eureka may refuse a transfer where:

• Certificates have already been issued;
• Programme materials have already been personalised;
• The programme has eligibility requirements;
• A third-party partner does not permit participant substitution; or
• There are other reasonable administrative or contractual restrictions.

Eureka may, at its discretion, allow a paid registration to be transferred to another Eureka workshop.

Transfer availability may depend on:

• Available places;
• Timing of the request;
• Difference in workshop fees;
• Programme requirements; and
• Administrative considerations.

Any price difference may need to be paid before the transfer is confirmed.

Eureka aims to deliver programmes according to the dates and arrangements advertised.

However, Eureka may occasionally need to:

• Cancel a workshop;
• Change a workshop date;
• Reschedule sessions;
• Change the delivery format;
• Change the venue;
• Replace a facilitator;
• Modify programme timings; or
• Make reasonable adjustments to programme content.

This may occur because of circumstances including:

• Insufficient participant numbers;
• Facilitator illness or unavailability;
• Travel disruption;
• Technical failure;
• Venue problems;
• Government restrictions;
• Safety or security concerns;
• Force majeure events; or
• Other circumstances outside Eureka’s reasonable control.

Where Eureka cancels a paid programme and does not provide a reasonable alternative, participants will normally be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• Transfer to another programme;
• Credit toward a future Eureka programme; or
• Refund of the applicable programme fee.

Where a participant elects not to attend a reasonably rescheduled programme, applicable cancellation and consumer rights will be considered.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, workshop fees do not include:

• Flights
• Visas
• Hotels
• Local transportation
• Meals
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses
• Other travel-related costs

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

Participants attending an in-person workshop are advised not to make non-refundable travel arrangements until their registration and the workshop have been confirmed.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, Eureka is not responsible for independent travel or accommodation expenses resulting from cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, travel disruption, visa refusal, or circumstances beyond Eureka’s reasonable control.

For online workshops or programmes, participants are responsible for having:

• A reliable internet connection;
• A suitable computer or device;
• Appropriate audio and video capability where required;
• Necessary software;
• Access to the platform specified by Eureka; and
• A suitable environment for professional participation.

Eureka will take reasonable steps to support programme delivery but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access where problems result from a participant’s internet connection, device, local infrastructure, or third-party technology provider.

Participants are expected to attend the sessions required for their programme.

Attendance requirements may vary depending on the workshop.

Participants arriving late, leaving early, or missing significant portions of a programme may not meet the requirements for completion or certification.

Eureka may record attendance electronically or manually.

Where a workshop includes a certificate of attendance, participation, or completion, issuance may depend on requirements including:

• Satisfactory attendance;
• Completion of required sessions;
• Completion of required learning activities;
• Submission of evaluations or required tasks;
• Full payment of programme fees; and
• Compliance with programme requirements.

Eureka reserves the right to withhold a certificate where these requirements have not been satisfied.

Certificates should not be interpreted as academic degrees, professional licences, government accreditation, or formal qualifications unless expressly stated.

Participants are responsible for checking the spelling of their name and other information submitted during registration.

If a certificate must be reissued because the participant supplied incorrect information, Eureka may charge a reasonable administrative fee where applicable.

If the error was caused by Eureka, the certificate will be corrected without charge.

Eureka aims to provide high-quality, current, professionally relevant educational content.

However, professional learning necessarily involves interpretation, discussion, professional judgement, and evolving educational practices.

Workshop descriptions represent the intended focus of the programme but do not guarantee that every participant will achieve the same professional outcome.

Eureka may make reasonable changes to:

• Learning activities;
• Examples;
• Case studies;
• Resources;
• Session sequence;
• Facilitators; or
• Workshop content

where this improves learning or responds to professional, educational, operational, or contextual needs.

Eureka’s workshops, materials, consultancy, resources, and website content are provided for educational and professional development purposes.

They do not constitute:

• Legal advice;
• Financial advice;
• Regulatory advice;
• Government approval;
• Accreditation approval;
• Guaranteed school authorisation;
• Guaranteed examination outcomes; or
• Guaranteed organisational results.

Schools and organisations remain responsible for their own decisions, policies, regulatory compliance, curriculum implementation, and professional practice.

Consultancy services may be governed by an additional:

• Accreditation preparation;
• Authorisation preparation;
• Evaluation preparation; and
• Professional development.

However, decisions regarding accreditation, authorisation, candidacy, membership, evaluation, licensing, recognition, or similar status are made exclusively by the relevant external organisation or authority.

Eureka therefore cannot and does not guarantee that a school or organisation will obtain any specific authorisation, accreditation, approval, or recognition.

Unless expressly stated for a specific service or event, Eureka is an independent educational consultancy and professional development organisation.

References on our website or during our programmes to educational systems, frameworks, organisations, qualifications, programmes, standards, or trademarks — including the International Baccalaureate and other international education organisations — are intended to describe relevant educational contexts, professional experience, programme areas, or services.

Such references do not by themselves imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, affiliation, accreditation, or official authorisation by those organisations.

Where a workshop or service is officially authorised, endorsed, accredited, or delivered in formal partnership with another organisation, Eureka will identify that relationship expressly.

Participants may normally use Eureka workshop materials for their own personal professional learning and internal professional practice.

Unless written permission is obtained from Eureka, participants may not:

• Sell Eureka materials;
• Upload them to commercial platforms;
• Republish substantial parts of them;
• Distribute them publicly;
• Present Eureka materials as their own;
• Remove copyright or branding;
• Record and resell Eureka workshops;
• Reproduce an entire programme;
• Use Eureka materials to create competing commercial training; or
• Share paid-access materials with individuals who have not registered.

Reasonable use within a participant’s own school for professional implementation may be permitted where the material itself does not state otherwise.

Participants may not audio-record, video-record, livestream, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce workshop sessions without prior permission from Eureka.

This restriction protects:

• Eureka’s intellectual property;
• Facilitators;
• Participant privacy; and
• Confidential professional discussions.

Eureka may itself record certain sessions where participants are informed and appropriate consent or other lawful basis exists.

Eureka may take photographs, videos, screenshots, or other media during selected programmes or events.

Where identifiable participant images, recordings, or testimonials will be used for marketing or promotional purposes, Eureka will obtain appropriate permission where required.

Participants may inform Eureka where they do not wish to appear in optional promotional photographs or recordings.

Eureka is committed to maintaining respectful, inclusive, safe, and professional learning environments.

Participants must not engage in:

• Harassment;
• Discrimination;
• Threatening behaviour;
• Abusive communication;
• Deliberate disruption;
• Academic or professional misconduct;
• Inappropriate recording;
• Unauthorised distribution of materials;
• Impersonation;
• Fraudulent registration;
• Misuse of Eureka technology; or
• Behaviour that creates a significant risk to other participants, facilitators, or staff.

Eureka may take reasonable action where these standards are breached.

Eureka reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme where there is serious or repeated misconduct, including where the participant:

• Threatens the safety of others;
• Harasses participants or staff;
• Seriously disrupts the learning environment;
• Commits fraud;
• Violates intellectual property restrictions;
• Shares confidential information improperly; or
• Seriously breaches these Terms.

Whether a refund is available in such circumstances will depend on the circumstances, applicable law, and the nature of the breach.

Workshops and consultancy activities may involve discussion of real educational situations.

Participants must respect the confidentiality of:

• Students;
• Families;
• Teachers;
• Schools;
• Colleagues;
• Workshop participants; and
• Organisations.

Participants should not disclose unnecessary personally identifiable or confidential information when discussing professional cases.

Where examples are shared, identifying information should be removed wherever reasonably possible.

If Eureka introduces user accounts, participants are responsible for:

• Protecting their login credentials;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of passwords;
• Ensuring information associated with their account is accurate; and
• Informing Eureka promptly if unauthorised access is suspected.

Users must not attempt to:

• Access another person’s account;
• Circumvent website security;
• Introduce malicious software;
• Scrape protected content improperly;
• Interfere with website operation; or
• Gain unauthorised access to Eureka systems.

You may use the Eureka website only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the website:

• Fraudulently;
• To violate applicable law;

Nothing in this complaints process limits any statutory right to contact an appropriate consumer protection or regulatory authority.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The competent courts of Egypt will have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available under applicable consumer legislation.

Eureka may update these Terms periodically to reflect:
